seomodo1. About these terms
Seomodo is operated by Peachity LLC, a Washington limited liability company. These terms cover the Seomodo website, the audit, the dashboard, and the report.
By requesting an audit or using the site, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to audits@send.seomodo.com.
2. The audit
A full audit is a sitewide analysis of up to 250 pages, with an in-depth review of up to 25 priority pages. Sites of 25 pages or fewer are reviewed in depth across the pages we can reach. Sites larger than 250 pages are sampled at that cap. Very large catalogs, including stores with filters, tags, and pagination, can be scoped as a custom audit. We do not promise an unlimited crawl.
The advertised delivery time is 5 business days after the order is ready to conduct, including the business details we ask for after payment. Delivery includes the report and a 30-minute review with Peachity. A one-time report can also be opened from a private link for 90 days.
The annual plan includes four full audits in the year, lighter checks of the homepage and up to five more pages between them, and a dashboard for that account. Lighter checks are not a second full audit.
Search Console is recommended and Analytics is optional. The audit still proceeds if you skip them. Without Search Console, the report says that data was not available.
3. Payment
- A one-time audit is $700, paid once through Stripe.
- Ongoing visibility is $2,400 for the year, billed annually (equivalent to $600 per audit).
- Peachity Done-for-You is quoted per project in a written scope, starting at $3,400 with the audit included. Work outside the written scope is quoted separately.
- If you buy an audit first and start a Done-for-You project within 30 days of the audit’s delivery, the audit fee is credited toward the project, so the total matches the Done-for-You price with the audit included. The credit applies once, to one project.
- An offer code Peachity issues can complete the matching plan without a card charge. The code is single-use and tied to that order.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are not added by Seomodo at checkout.
If you need to cancel before Peachity has started the review, email us and we will tell you whether the fee can be returned. Once the audit has been delivered, the fee covers that completed review. The annual fee covers the year that was purchased. Nothing here removes a refund right that the law requires.
4. How you get back in
Buying an audit does not create a password. After payment, the setup page and the confirmation email both hold the way back to that order. The email is the way back if you close the browser.
The annual dashboard uses an emailed sign-in link. The link works once, for 30 minutes. After you open it, you stay signed in while that browser session is open, and it times out after 12 hours. You only see the audits on your own account.
5. Your website and materials
You confirm that you are allowed to ask us to review the website you submit, and to connect Search Console or Analytics if you choose to. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details you provide.
You keep ownership of your website and of the materials you send us. You allow Peachity to use them to conduct the audit, prepare the report, and discuss it with you. We do not publish your report.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit a site you are not allowed to review, attempt to reach another customer’s order, interfere with the service, send spam, or use Seomodo for unlawful activity. We may refuse or stop an order that would require that.
7. What the audit is not
- It is an analysis and a prioritized plan. It is not a promise of rankings, citations, traffic, or leads.
- Search results and AI responses change by query, time, location, and product. The report describes the scenarios that were reviewed.
- It does not include making the changes on your site, writing a content program, or ongoing SEO execution.
- Full backlink analysis, server log files, video markup, hreflang, and competitor research beyond the sites you name are outside the standard audit.
- Suggested wording is a draft for you to accept or rewrite. It should not add a claim the business cannot support.
8. Our materials
The Seomodo name, logo, site design, and the structure of the report belong to Peachity or their respective owners. You may share your own report with your team and with the people implementing the recommendations. Please do not republish the report as a template or resell it.
9. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site available and the findings accurate for the pages we reviewed. Errors, blocks by the site under review, and interruptions can still happen. Contact us if something in the report looks wrong.
To the extent the law allows, Peachity’s responsibility for a paid audit is limited to the amount you paid for that audit. Nothing in these terms removes a responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, except where a mandatory protection applies where you live. Please contact us first if a concern comes up so we can try to resolve it.
