1. Who we are
Peachity LLC, based in Seattle, Washington, United States, operates Seomodo. We are responsible for the personal information described on this page.
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to audits@send.seomodo.com. You can also reach Peachity at https://peachity.com.
2. Information we collect
When you request an audit, we collect the website URL, the business name, your name, email address, and any role you choose to share. After payment we also collect the customers, market, and competitor sites you describe, plus any notes you add during setup.
Before payment, we may read the public homepage once so we can suggest the business name. We do not crawl the rest of the site until the order is paid or an offer code has been accepted.
When you run the free AI Visibility Readiness Check, we store the address you checked and the results. If you ask for the PDF, we also store your email address, when you agreed to our Terms and this policy, whether you asked for tips, and whether you downloaded the report or opened the full-audit page from it.
If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we store the property you select and the tokens Google issues so we can read that property. Search Console is recommended and Analytics is optional. You can skip both and still receive the audit.
What the audit reads
- Public pages on the site you submit, up to 250 pages for a full audit, plus robots.txt, sitemaps, and page HTML.
- An in-depth review of up to 25 priority pages, chosen from the crawl and, when connected, from Search Console pages.
- A lighter check covers the homepage and up to five more pages.
- Filtered, sorted, and paginated URLs are not crawled without a limit.
Our hosting and email providers may process connection details such as IP address, browser type, and request logs so the site can load, errors can be diagnosed, and abuse can be limited. Please do not put passwords or sensitive personal information in the intake notes.
3. How we use it
- To take the order, confirm payment or an offer code, and send the setup link and finished audit.
- To conduct the site review and write the findings, recommendations, and suggested wording.
- To keep an annual account so later audits can be compared when the email matches.
- To operate the dashboard, the one-time share link, and the sign-in links.
- To answer questions, keep accounting records, and meet legal obligations.
We use the email you enter for the free check to send the report link you asked for. We send occasional tips on AI visibility and search only if you tick the box asking for them. Every tips email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn’t affect your report.
Page text from the priority pages may be sent to Amazon Bedrock so a model can draft the narrative, recommendations, and copy suggestions. Those drafts are reviewed as part of the audit. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for cross-site advertising.
Scores in a Seomodo report are Peachity’s measurements of the pages we reviewed. They are not official ratings from Google, ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity.
5. How long we keep it
- The order, report, and related email record stay for as long as we need them to deliver the audit, support an annual account, and keep accounting records.
- A one-time share link works for 90 days.
- A free-check report link works for 7 days.
- A sign-in link works once and expires after 30 minutes. A newer link replaces an unused one.
- A client browser session times out after 12 hours, and the sign-in cookie ends when the browser session ends.
- Google tokens are kept while the connection is on the order. Disconnecting or deleting the order removes our reason to keep them.
We use access controls and server-side processing to protect submissions. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
Email audits@send.seomodo.com to ask for access, a correction, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the email on the order. We keep what we still need for accounting, security, or a legal obligation.
You can skip Search Console and Analytics. You can use the site to read about the audit without starting an order. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to complain to a regulator.
You can stop tips emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any of them, or by emailing audits@send.seomodo.com.
8. Children
Seomodo is for businesses and the people who operate them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it.
9. Changes and contact
We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top is the latest revision. Questions: audits@send.seomodo.com.
